This Agreement for Services is  between Multifamily Maestros, LLC (Trainer/Mentor) of 9119 Hwy 6, Suite 230-108, Missouri City, Texas 77459 and Student and will continue for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The parties agree to engage in weekly Group Mentoring Sessions throughout the 12-month term of service.  Sessions shall typically be 1-hour in duration and will be conducted via web meeting (e.g. Kajabi live, Zoom, Google Meet, etc).  Client will also have access to the full multifamily training academy that shall be accessed via a secure login to our training platform, Kajabi. Additional services available as part of this agreement include: unlimited email communication with Multifamily Maestros trainers/mentors as well as access to our Kajabi  community for collaboration and communication within the community.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS. Mentoring is a partnership and alliance between the Mentor and the Student in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Student to maximize personal and professional potential.

a. Trainer/Mentor agrees to maintain professional ethics and standards of behavior.

b. Student is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own decisions, choices, actions, and results.  As such, the Student agrees that the Trainer/Mentor is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Trainer/Mentor.  

c. Student understands that mentoring is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, financial, or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.  

d. Student agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback & assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

3. SCHEDULE AND FEES. This agreement is valid for 12 months.  The fee is $7,997, which may include a 10% discount off the base price for advance payment in full.  Students will receive a promo code to apply the discount. Or, the fee is 4 installments of $1,997 made over the course of 4 months (One payment per month). There is no 10% off discount for payment plans. Payments may be made via credit card.

4. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION POLICY. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time within the first 60 days with written notice. Refunds will be prorated based on unused portion of the plan, up to a maximum of 75% of fees. Monthly installments are not eligible for refund.

5. LIMITED LIABILITY. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Trainer/Mentor makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.  In no event will the Trainer/Mentor be liable to the Student for consequential or special damages.  Notwithstanding any damages that the Student may incur, the Trainer/Mentor’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Student’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Student to the Trainer/Mentor under this agreement of all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the terms and conditions.  This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Student and Trainer/Mentor agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.  If the dispute is not resolved and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs from the other party.
